Reiki

Reiki (pronounced: "ray-key") is a Japanese form of alternative medicine known as energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the client in order to encourage emotional or physical healing in order to foster a calm receptive mind that puts someone in the state of healing.
Reiki has also been taught to doctors and nurses in hospitals and private practice to help heal patients and produces amazing results, as patients who receive Reiki heal faster. When I practice Reiki, I can sense where pain or blocks are in the body, depending on the client.
Even at a distance, Reiki works!
When I practice distance Reiki, with my client's permission, I can send healing Reiki to them for their spiritual, emotional or mental well being, which helps them release negative energy that no longer serves them. Because Reiki is energy, it travels over distances at the speed of light to the intended recipient and is received when it's needed; immediately or at a future time.
Reiki is usually done in-person. Because of the restrictions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, or if my client desires, I can provide distance Reiki sessions as well.
